<div class="section" id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_section142817495569"><h4 class="sectiontitle">Procedure</h4><ol id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_ol19980164810810"><li id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_li156818101437">Log in to the management console.</li></ol><ol start="2" id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_ol1691835981213"><li id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_li840318282158">Click <span><img id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_en-us_topic_0118498823_image338921514480" src="en-us_image_0141273034.png"></span> in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project.</li><li id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_li2524174019523">In the upper left corner of the page, click <span><img id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_image884634813149" src="en-us_image_0000001675258889.png"></span> to open the service list and choose <strong id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_b16803112718207">Management & Deployment</strong> > <strong id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_b11804132718203">Cloud Eye</strong>.</li><li id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_li197153231568">In the left navigation pane on the left, choose <strong id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_b1770531469">Alarm Management</strong> > <strong id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_b842352706141723">Alarm Rules</strong>.</li><li id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_li134856270515">On the <strong id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_b842352706204112">Alarm Rules</strong> page, click <strong id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_b842352706204127">Create Alarm Rule</strong> and set required parameters, or modify an existing alarm rule.</li><li id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_li51703256103213">After the parameters are set, click <strong id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_b842352706141344">Create</strong>.<p id="monitor_0004__en-us_topic_0118498828_p7609168103155">After the alarm rule is created, the system automatically notifies you if an alarm is triggered for the VPC service.</p>
