Restoring a Snapshot to the Original Cluster
Scenario
You can use a snapshot to restore data to the original cluster. This function is used when a cluster is faulty or data needs to be rolled back to a specified snapshot version.
Procedure
- Log in to the GaussDB(DWS) management console.
- In the navigation pane, choose Snapshots. All snapshots are displayed by default.
- In the snapshot list, locate the row that contains the target snapshot and click Restore in the Operation column. The Restore Snapshot to New Cluster page is displayed.
- Restore the snapshot to the current cluster.
