The tag key must be unique.</li><li id="rds_01_0006__li11717121313558">If the key in the request body is the same as an existing key in the specified DB instance, the value of the key is overwritten.</li><li id="rds_01_0006__l0f020452533b4bceacb250a86ae352d4">Standby DB instances do not support tag adding.</li></ul>
