Locate the target parameter template and choose <span class="uicontrol" id="opengauss_01_0055__uicontrol135417013143"><b>More</b></span> > <span class="uicontrol" id="opengauss_01_0055__uicontrol19705154161410"><b>View Application Record</b></span>.</span><p><p id="opengauss_01_0055__a81ee340511ca476cbfc4b1a8d0c40adf">You can view the name or ID of the DB instance to which the parameter template applies, as well as the application status, application time, and failure cause.</p>
