<div class="section" id="mrs_01_24778__section470952941019"><h4 class="sectiontitle">Answer</h4><p id="mrs_01_24778__p168791252111310">This problem is caused by I/O errors on the disk. To rectify the fault, perform the following steps:</p>
<ul id="mrs_01_24778__ul837293321820"><li id="mrs_01_24778__li23724335181">Method 1: Log in to FusionInsight Manager and check whether an alarm is generated indicating that the disk I/O is abnormal. If yes, replace the faulty disk by referring to the alarm help.</li><li id="mrs_01_24778__li0846541161819">Method 2: Log in to FusionInsight Manager and restart the ClickHouse instance to restore the disk status.<div class="note" id="mrs_01_24778__note815626111920"><img src="public_sys-resources/note_3.0-en-us.png"><span class="notetitle"> </span><div class="notebody"><p id="mrs_01_24778__p6157264192">If an I/O error occurs but the disk is not replaced, the disk status will still turn to fault or abnormal.</p>
