Only the system administrator or the preset role <strong id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000001188482162__b1288095910504">gs_role_read_all_stats</strong> can access this view. This view is available only when <strong id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000001188482162__b1540215413515">enable_dynamic_workload</strong> is set to <strong id="EN-US_TOPIC_0000001188482162__b64086411515">on</strong>.</p>
