If the retry fails, perform the following steps to rectify the fault.</span></li><li id="cce_faq_00402__li17353182511458"><span>If a failure message is displayed on the upgrade page, go to the <span class="uicontrol" id="cce_faq_00402__uicontrol1916112316493"><b>Add-ons</b></span> page to view the add-on status.
