Deleting a Connection

Scenarios

You can delete a connection at any time.

Procedure

  1. Collect the information listed in Table 1.

    Specifies the connection ID. For details about how to obtain the ID, see Obtaining the Resource ID.

  2. Delete a connection using either of the following methods:
    • Email us with the title "Applying for Deleting a Direct Connect Connection".
    • Call us and provide the collected information to our customer service.
  3. Wait for the notification of the result from the email or customer service.
