JOBSTAT_SUBMIT_TRYING: The job is being submitted. |

JOBSTAT_SUBMIT_FAILED: Failed to submit the job. |

JOBSTAT_DELETE_FAILED: Failed to delete the job. |

JOBSTAT_WAITING: The job is queuing. |
