ICAgent Statuses

The following table lists the ICAgent statuses.

Table 1 ICAgent statuses

Status

Description

Running

ICAgent is running properly.

Uninstalled

ICAgent is not installed.

Installing

ICAgent is being installed. This process takes about a minute.

Installation failed

ICAgent installation failed.

Upgrading

ICAgent is being upgraded. This process takes about a minute.

Upgrade failed

ICAgent upgrade failed.

Offline

Check for network faults and rectify such faults.

Faulty

ICAgent is faulty. Contact technical support.
