If a large amount of data is continuously written into the instance before the synchronization is complete, the synchronization will be prolonged and the instance remains in the <strong id="dcs-faq-0730030__b11391941256">Starting</strong> state. After the synchronization is complete, the instance enters the <strong id="dcs-faq-0730030__b68543419518">Running</strong> state.</p>
