<div class="section"><h4 class="sectiontitle">Constraints</h4><p>If <strong>is_blackhole</strong> is set to <strong>false</strong>, the <strong>attachment_id</strong> parameter must be carried. If <strong>is_blackhole</strong> is set to <strong>true</strong>, the <strong>attachment_id</strong> parameter cannot be passed.</p>
