On the EIP console or using EIP APIs, you cannot bind EIPs to or unbind them from dedicated load balancers, but you can bind EIPs to or unbind them from shared load balancers.</li><li id="eip_0003__en-us_topic_0118499120_le30c0726ddaa40e5b075e4158b71b69b">You can only release EIPs that are not bound to any resources.</li></ul>
