Check whether the current user is in the upgrade blocklist.
Solution
CCE temporarily disables the cluster upgrade function due to the following reasons:
- The cluster is identified as the core production cluster.
- Other O&M tasks are being or will be performed to improve cluster stability, for example, 3AZ reconstruction of the master node.
