Disabling PLAS (EC)

Scenarios

You can disable PLAS anytime. When disabling PLAS, you need to apply for disabling Direct Connect at the same time.

Procedure

1. Collect PLAS information based on PLAS Order Form Template.
2. Collect Direct Connect information listed in Table 1.

   Table 1 Parameters required for disabling Direct Connect

3. Based on the information collected in step 1 and step 2, disable PLAS using either of the following methods:
   • Emails: Send us an email with the title "Applying for Disabling PLAS".
   • Hotline: Call us and provide the collected information to the customer service.
4. Wait for the email and obtain the service ticket from the customer.
5. Wait for the notification of the result from the email or customer service.
