If you need technical support personnel to help you with troubleshooting, you can use the O&M authorization function to authorize technical support personnel to access your local host for fault location.
Procedure
- Log in to the MRS management console.
- Click
in the upper-left corner on the management console and select a region and project. - In the navigation tree of the MRS management console, choose , select a running cluster, and click its name to switch to the cluster details page.
- In the upper right corner of the page, click O&M, choose Authorize O&M, and select the deadline for the support personnel to access the local host. Before the deadline, the support personnel have the temporary permission to access the local host.
- After the fault is rectified, click O&M in the upper right corner of the page and select Cancel Authorization to cancel the access permission for the support personnel.
