Table creation features:
- Use REFERENCES reftable [ (refcolumn) ] [ MATCH FULL | MATCH PARTIAL | MATCH SIMPLE ] [ ON DELETE action ] [ ON UPDATE action ] to create a foreign key constraint for a table.
